1. Agreement & scope
By accessing this website, communicating with us, or booking services with Inbal Mizrach (trading as Bell Bodyworks), you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all appointments booked online through our website, via third-party booking platforms or partner directories (e.g., Treatwell), or made directly with us via direct message, email, phone, or in person. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.
2. Bookings & service agreements
All appointments must be booked through our official online booking platform (Cal.com). By booking a session, you enter into a binding service agreement.
Booking channels:
Appointments may be scheduled through our primary online booking platform, authorized third-party booking networks, or directly via personal contact channels. Regardless of the booking method used, securing an appointment constitutes a binding service agreement subject to these terms.Payment terms:
Payments are collected on-location at the time of your appointment unless advance payment or deposit is required by a specific third-party booking platform.Accepted methods:
We accept electronic and card payments (processed securely on-location via Stripe).Taxes:
All listed prices are final and inclusive of applicable German statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.
3. Cancellation & rescheduling policy
We completely understand that unexpected things happen in life (illness, emergencies, or sudden schedule changes). However, because each wellness session is a dedicated time slot prepared exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.
Free changes or cancellations (48+ hours notice): You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time.
Direct online bookings: Use the link in your booking confirmation email or message.
Phone bookings: Call or message us directly to adjust your time.
Third-party platforms: Changes must be made directly through the platform you originally used to book (subject to that platform's processing terms).
Late cancellations (Under 48 hours): Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. You retain the explicit right to prove that no damage occurred or that the actual loss was significantly lower than this fee.
No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged (or retained via your original payment or booking channel). You retain the explicit right to prove that no damage occurred or that the loss was lower.
Exceptional circumstances: We know that genuine emergencies happen. If you are facing an unforeseen crisis, sudden illness, or urgent situation within the 48-hour window, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, phone, or email as soon as possible. We review exceptional situations with empathy on a case-by-case basis.
4. Code of conduct, punctuality & confidentiality
Punctuality:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect the schedule of the following client, while still charged at the full rate.Environment & conduct:
Our space is a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and exclusion from future bookings.Confidentiality:
Everything discussed during sessions is confidential. Your personal information and session details will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
Wellness services are a collaborative process and individual results vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bell Bodyworks is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or services, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, or where mandatory statutory liability applies under German law.
6. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For any legal disputes arising from this contract, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
7. Changes to these terms & contact
We may update these terms periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use of the website or booking of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
